Refund, Return and Warranty Policy

This Refund, Return & Warranty Policy explains the terms for product returns, refunds, and warranty support provided by Pigeon Engineering Projects for Trading and General Services.

 

  1. Products Covered

This policy applies to products purchased from our store, including:

  • Photocopier Machines
  • Refurbished Printers
  • Desktop Computers
  • Cartridges / Toners (Consumables)

 

  1. Return & Refund Policy (Hardware Only)

✅ Return and refund is applicable only for hardware items, such as:

  • Photocopiers / Printers
  • Desktop Computers

❌ Returns are not applicable for:

  • Cartridges / Toners (consumable items)

 

  1. Return Window

Customers can request a return within 7 days from the delivery date.

 

  1. Return Conditions

A return will be accepted only if:

  • The product is in good condition
  • No physical damage or misuse is found
  • All accessories and items received are returned (if applicable)
  • Product is returned with original packaging (if available)

Return requests may be rejected if the product is damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation.

 

  1. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will confirm refund approval.

Refund Methods

Refund will be provided through:

  • Cash Refund, or
  • Bank Transfer

Refund processing time may vary depending on inspection and confirmation.

 

  1. Warranty Policy (Hardware)
  2. A) Photocopier / Printer Warranty

Warranty Period: 6 Months Standard Warranty

Standard Warranty includes:

  • Service support
  • Spare parts replacement (if required)
  • Excludes consumables (toner, cartridge, drum, etc.)

Warranty will NOT cover:

  • Damage due to mishandling by the user
  • Damage caused by improper usage
  • Damage caused by fake/incompatible consumables
  • Any physical damage or external damage

Important Warranty Conditions:

  • Customers must buy toner cartridges and consumables from Pigeon Engineering to claim warranty and free customer support.
  • Warranty becomes void if the machine is serviced, tampered, or handled by unauthorized personnel or third-party technicians.
  • Warranty becomes void if used with fake/incompatible consumables purchased from outside Pigeon Engineering.

 

  1. B) Desktop Computer Warranty

Warranty Period: 1 Year Standard Warranty

Warranty covers manufacturing faults and hardware issues under normal use conditions.
Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized repairs.

 

  1. C) Cartridge / Toner Warranty

Warranty: No Warranty
Cartridges and toners are consumable items and are not covered under warranty.

 

  1. Delivery & Support (Qatar)

We provide delivery service all over Qatar (terms may vary by location).
